Don Wallar, MSc., MCPM

An executive-level professional with 30+ years of program and project management experience in R&D projects for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries with a focus on portfolio, program, and project management of global biosimilar and generic drug development. Don specializes in portfolio, program, and project management; project strategy development; change management; process improvement; organizational design; stakeholder engagement, establishing project governance and team structures; and delivering training.  He also has worked as the Business Lead for Enterprise Project Management Implementations. Don is an inspirational leader and mentor, developing high performing project teams and individuals to drive organizational change and projects to successful outcomes. 

Carolynne Fletcher-Wintrip, MBA 

Carolynne has extensive experience in leadership development, learning solution design, performance consulting, adult learning, change management, strategic planning and facilitation. Carolynne has worked in a variety of sectors including private, not-for-profit, education, government, and health care. As a collaborative, results-oriented team player, Carolynne has worked effectively with diverse groups at all levels of organizations, from the front-line to the Board. Her education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Guelph and a Masters of Business Administration from York University. She is an active member of The Institute for Performance and Learning (formerly CSTD) and the International Society for Performance Improvement. Her energy and passion for making a difference and helping others see and act on the possibilities for improvement impacts every project she touches.

Michael Lemiski, P.Eng., PMP 

Michael has over 20 years of experience as project office director, engineering manager, project and portfolio manager, consultant and project planning facilitator. Michael has a proven track record advising and leading multi-disciplinary project teams in engineering and technical services, communications, rail & air transportation, information systems, financial services and leading edge technology projects. With over 15 years direct Project Management experience, Michael has led a number of successful projects. As an engineering manager, manager of projects and project manager he managed power plant design modification projects valued up to 30M$. As a director with responsibility for managing eighteen IT project managers, he led the implementation of an Project Management Office. As a training specialist, he develops and delivers courseware in both corporate and graduate school environments with a keen focus on project scope, schedule and cost management tools and techniques. Michael has a wealth of experience in establishing project management offices, implementation of project management processes, and both standalone and enterprise project management software tools.He works effectively with all levels of the organization and is a solid facilitator for project planning and project management process implementation. With a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Toronto, Michael obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 1994.

Sylvie Edwards, PMP, CMP, MCPM, STDC

Sylvie has been involved in project management in several industries for the past 25 years. Sylvie previously worked for a top 5 consulting firm where she was in charge of projects in the IT, Banking, Health, Government and Securities sectors as well as a Manager in the risk management practice. Sylvie went on to establish her own consulting practice assisting organizations in establishing processes, strategies and developing methodologies. Sylvie was instrumental in the development of methodologies for the creation of PMOs as well as for the evaluation, assessment and review of projects in peril. Sylvie also worked on the establishment of a Project Maturity model for both practitioner and organization. Sylvie’s involvement with PMI is long standing, including over 12 years on the Board of Directors of a local Chapter where she led initiatives in education, mentoring and held the role of President for two terms.

Sylvie teaches at both Durham College and the University of Toronto. 

Peter Milsom, FCMC, IPMA Level A, IPMA PPMC, CRM, PRINCE2 Professional, GPM-B, PMP, APMP, RMP

Peter Milsom helps organizations understand what sustainability means to them, to maximize their benefits and value while minimizing costs and threats. He does this by helping organizations at all levels from the c-suite to the front lines understand what all of the elements of sustainability are, and helping them prioritize and focus on those areas that make the most sense. His area of focus in the sustainability space is change delivery or projects. Peter has also worked on several international standards, and is currently the Convenor of ISO 21502 Guidance on Project Management, and is the Secretary of the ISO 31000 Implementation Guidance Handbook. Peter is currently a Board Member of CMC-Ontario, IPMA-US and PMAC.  He is a contributing author: Sustainable Project Management - The GPM Reference Guide, 2nd Edition; The GPM P5 Standard for Sustainability in Project Management v1.5.
