Overview
New technologies, changing immigration patterns, evolving standards, and new business models are disrupting how project managers work within their industries. The high pace of change is forcing PMs to be adaptive and resilient in ways that they may have never experienced in the past. Join this panel discussion to hear from experts representing several industries as they discuss how the profession and specific PM practices are changing within their industries and what changes they see on the horizon. During this interactive session, a moderator will allow audience members to ask questions of the panelists.

Moderator:
Shawn Stevenson
Named one of the "Top 40 Under 40" by CBC Saskatchewan, Shawn is a project manager, business analyst, and change manager who helps organizations through difficult transformations. Currently, he works in the Canadian government.

Ellie Braham
Ellie specializes in delivering complex IT projects. Winner of numerous awards, she is very active in the PM community helping others improve their PM skills and earn industry certifications. Based in Halifax, she extends her reach internationally to assist with the development of PM standards, mentor university students, and speak at various events.

Braden Johnson
Braden is a Building Science Technical Consultant and Project Manager who has worked on construction projects in Canada, the Caribbean, and Asia. He also teaches project management at George Brown College and is an active member of the Canadian Armed Forces currently serving in the capacity of an Officer with 32 Brigade Combat Engineer Regiment.

Carroll Blair
Carroll is a very experienced change leader in both corporate and government environments. One of her specialties is helping transform the skills and mindsets of employees to align with changing business policies and processes.

Allan Nick
Working for Ford and now Stellantis, Allan uses PM skills to help drive the development of advanced electric vehicle propulsion systems. His advanced programs are at the cutting edge of technologies that are transforming his industry.
