Dr. Fahmy is a professional engineer, has more than 40 years of PM practical experience covering a wide range of Project Management and technical areas. He managed hundreds of projects of varying sizes and complexity including traditional delivery design bid build, construction management and design/build projects. Examples of projects covered: Post offices, schools, hospitals, nursing stations, RCMP police stations and subdivision, Shooting ranges, houses and apartment blocks, major commercial kitchen renovations, and Aircraft Hangers.
Inez Halaska, BFA
Inez Halaska has over 15 years of project management experience which crosses a broad range of projects from information technology to re-organizations to special events. She has training in various areas that have allowed her to deliver better projects: change management, business analysis, strategic planning, coaching and training to name a few. She has been developing and delivering project management, change management and business analysis training for almost 10 years. Inez has experience planning and delivering projects in many industries, including non-profit, private and government sectors. She has coached and trained individuals and organizations on project management, change management and business analysis.
As a leading Service Management Practitioner, Sola has over 15 years’ comprehensive experience managing the design and implementation of IT service management processes and ISO 20000-1, based on 2011 ITIL Service Lifecycle Publications and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT). Sola was also responsible for the assessment, design, and implementation of service management processes, as well as, software selection and implementation of service management software including Remedy, Footprints, Peregrine, GoTo Assist, ServiceNow, and Open Ticketing and Reporting System (OTRS) in government, financial institutions, post-secondary institutions, oil and gas, audit and advisory, food and beverage, and management consulting sectors. Sola has just recently completed the establishment of a business continuity management system standard, and certification to ISO 22301 International Standard as well as the establishment of a Service Management System Standard and certification to ISO 2000-1 International Standard. Previously, Sola led the development of methodologies for managing projects and for formulating an information systems strategy, as well as, implementing ISO 20000 for a leading telecommunications company. In the last two years, Sola has been project directors and subject matter experts in the design and implementation of service management processes, implementations of ISO standards, establishment of PMOs and project management methodologies, formulating business and information systems strategies, mentoring and coaching managing directors, CIOs and leadership team of IT in ensuring that both business and IT achieve corporate goals of the organization.
