Dealing with
Difficult Sponsors

Overview

Disengaged, closed-minded and meddling sponsors are key causes of troubled projects. Scope creep and other project challenges are often driven by sponsors using their power to force changes onto the project that jeopardize successful project delivery. In this session, Ori Schibi, author of the new book Effective Project and Change Sponsorship: Getting the Most from your Strategic Investments, will explain how to better work with difficult sponsors – and how to be a better sponsor for your own project teams.
