Overview

With all that is going on around us, we are all stressed in our lives. This stress comes out in a myriad of ways when we are interacting with people.  How do we stop the cycle of engagements with no progress? We have all been faced with situations where you are trying to introduce a new idea to a group of people either above you, beside you or as part of your team. Regardless of everyone’s intent, why is the situation getting out of control and causing so much stress for everyone including you.   The situation can be meetings, customer presentations, requirement gathering or just giving a status update to the stakeholders. How to leverage the time you have in engagements to learn how the three pass process will shorten your interactions times, increase the listeners retention and to have everyone in the engagement involved.
